1. Employee Safe and Sounds

Safe and Sound checks are performed by many service teams to make sure that their employees have arrived home safely from their field assignments at the end of each day.

There are many scenarios where an employee may get into trouble during the course of a working day at a remote site without anyone being aware. By performing an SMS or voice call check at the end of each day, you can be assured that your employees are safe and fit for work the next day.

At present most service teams require their employees to phone in their status at the end of each working day. The problems that arise with this are two fold. Some employees may forget to call whilst other teams call all at once, wasting valuable man-power and time which could be used on other tasks.
